In this family-friendly masterclass, we explored the powerful connection between our brains, bodies, and emotions — and how understanding them can help children and parents feel more connected, calm, and resilient.

Together, we learnt:

  • Simple, practical tools families can use every day to support regulation

  • Why self-compassion is key — for kids and grown-ups
